False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are available at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These courses start at NCV level two plus the minimal requirement would then be Grade 9 certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

When the student finishes NCVLevel 2, here they would then have attained a grade ten certificate. NCV Level 3 would be grade 11 and NCV Level 4 is grade 12.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, getting comparable to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade nine is on NQF level 1. Our NCV programmes start NCV degree two that is equivalent to an NQF level two.
